Hip pain can be caused by accidents, repetitive motions (hello, runners!) or even sleeping positions. If you suffer from hip pain, I will assess the likely cause of your pain and massage to bring relief. Stretching is particularly beneficial for hip pain, especially if you're a runner or in sport that includes lots of work for your hip muscles. I will stretch you in a specific sequence to bring about maximum reduction to your pain and maximum improvement in your range of motion and athletic performance (if you like that kind of thing).
