HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BEGIN TO SEE RELIEF? To Heal?
Everyone heals at a different rate. My goal as a massage therapist is to help you recover from pain, numbness and tingling. Signs of improvement may include one or more of the following:
- less pain
- reduced numbness
- reduced tingling
- improved range of motion
- better or longer sleep
- improved digestion
- reduced anxiety
The pace at which your body will heal depends in part on:
- the severity of trauma you have suffered
- your overall health (certain conditions such as diabetes slow healing)
- the health of your connective tissue
- the demands you put on your body on a day-to-day basis
- how you care for your body
If you are not showing any signs of improvement within 3 sessions, we need to consider what other healing techniques exist that might bring you the results you seek and what other health care providers can assist you in your healing journey.
